GLO LOVE BOMBS

Ingredients You Will Need:

1/2 cup oats

2 scoops vanilla protein

1 scoop beet powder

1 tbs chia seeds

3 tbs nut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbs almond milk

How To Make:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until a doughy-like texture forms and everything is well mixed. Using your hands, shape the dough into 2 inch balls and place on a plate to the side. Once all the dough has been used up, place the plate of dough balls in the fridge to set for at least 30 min. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!

GLO CHOCOLATE DATES

Ingredients You Will Need:

1 cup greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein

1/2 cup chocolate chips

6-10 medjool dates

Sea salt to taste

How To Make:
Mix yogurt and protein powder together in a bowl until smooth, then set aside. In a separate container, melt down chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop. While chocolate is melting, pit your dates and fill each date with the yogurt mixture. Once the chocolate is melted, use a spoon to coat each of the filled dates in chocolate so that they are completely covered. Place each completed date on a plate topped with parchment paper, and top with a sprinkle of sea salt as the finishing touch. Put the filled plate in the freezer to set and once the chocolate is hardened, enjoy!

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs peanut butter

1 cup almond milk

How To Make:

Put all ingredients together in a blender, pouring the almond milk in last. Blend until smooth, creamy texture forms. Pour into a glass, top with a drizzle of peanut butter, fruit, granola or candy hearts, and enjoy!
