Orders

We accept all major credit cards on all orders.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will be able to use that order number to track the progress of your shipment. Once shipped, you will also be emailed a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.​

Please reach out to hello@gloinnerwellness.com with your order number in the subject line as soon as possible to fix any issue.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, please allow 2-3 business days for your product to be shipped.

Your shipping cost will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. USPS ground typically takes 2-5 business days and USPS priority approx 1-3 business days.

We currently only ship within the US. We hope to expand internationally in the near future!

If you need to edit/change your shipping address, please reach out to hello@gloinnerwellness.com with your order number in the subject line as soon as possible to fix any issue.​

Returns

We're confident you'll fall in love with our products, but are also happy to accept all unopened and sealed bottles in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We are only able to return unopened products.

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 15 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using our products daily for 30 days to experience best results and get your GLO on. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, just email us at hello@gloinnerwellness.com and we'll find a way to make things right.

If you do need to  start a return, email hello@gloinnerwellness.com within 15 days before shipping back to us, and include "Refund" & Order Number in the Subject.  Once your return has been approved, please send the product along with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:

Packages/Shipping

Unfortunately, packages of services or products cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, both to and from Center for Living Health/Glo Inner Wellness. You are also responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in the mail during return to Center for Living Health, so please package your products well and insure them if needed.
